Component Test for AC Line Filter

WARNING

Electrical Shock Hazard Disconnect power before servicing. Replace all parts and panels before operating. Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.

Components Test Results AC Line Filter 1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power. Normal: s L(1)-L(2) (coil): Less than 1 ohm 2. Remove wire leads. s N(1)-N(2) (coil): Less than 1 ohm Abnormal: Infinite 3. Measure resistance (ohmmeter scale: Rx1): Normal: s L(1) or L(2)-N(1) or N(2) (resistor):

1.5M ohms

Abnormal: 0 ohms
